Taylor Swift stays up late to celebrate Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs ring ceremony: ‘Joining the party from Liverpool’
Even a 5-hour time difference won’t stop Taylor Swift from celebrating her man.
Despite being in the UK for her sold-out Eras tour, the 14-time Grammy winner tuned in to the Kansas City Chiefs’ ring ceremony Thursday night to watch her boyfriend Travis Kelce unbox his third Super Bowl diamond sparkler.
The impressive ring, which was crafted with 529 diamonds and 38 rubies, commemorated the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win over the San Francisco 49ers in February.
Swift, 34, joined an Instagram livestream that Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman’s partner, Chariah Gordon, held during the event.
“JOINING THE PARTY FROM LIVERPOOL LET’S GOOOOOOOO,” the “Fortnight” hitmaker wrote in the comments, per a screenshot on X, before adding, “YESSSSSSS .”
Continuing in all caps, Swift congratulated the Chiefs Kingdom on their new jewelry and Hardman’s one-year contract extension, adding, “AND WE GET ANOTHER YEAR OF MECOLE ”

After watching the stream for a while, the singer admitted that it was time for her to get some shut-eye before her second night at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium on Friday.
“Gotta go to sleep it’s so late here love you guys,” she signed off.
Swift and Gordon are well-acquainted, and the pair even posed for a sweet pic with their significant others at a post-game party following the Chiefs’ win against the Los Angeles Chargers in October.
The singer’s boyfriend and Chiefs tight end arrived at Thursday’s event solo — wearing a bold red ensemble for the occasion.
“Smooth operator baby,” the three-time Super Bowl champ said as he walked the red carpet alone at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.
When asked why he opted for a red outfit, Kelce told Chiefs reporter Matt Derrick, “Chiefs Kingdom, baby.”
The look, consisting of a suede red blazer over a white top and red bottoms, was topped off with a white sneakers and a “TK” chain around his neck.
In images after the ring ceremony, Kelce was seen holding up three blinged-out fingers that each featured a Super Bowl ring.
In official images shared on X, “Back-to-back” can be seen engraved on one side of the diamond sparkler, alongside the Super Bowl LVIII logo as well as the final score of 25-22.
On the other side of the ring, each player’s number is engraved as well as a mini model of their home turf Arrowhead Stadium. The words “Chiefs Kingdom” are also engraved.
